A fibroblast activity biomarker that informs on the risk of outcome in multiple chronic diseases<\/strong><\/h2>\n

As a prognostic biomarker, nordicPRO-C6\u2122<\/a> supports patient selection by identifying individuals more likely to experience disease progression or clinical outcomes \u2014 helping enrich trial populations, boost statistical power, and increase the likelihood of success.<\/p>\n

NordicPRO-C6\u2122 has demonstrated value in cardiovascular<\/a>, kidney<\/a>, lung<\/a>, and metabolic diseases<\/a>, predicting disease progression and clinical outcomes (Figure 1). In Crohn\u2019s disease (CD)<\/a>, patients can be differentiated into endotypes, with elevated levels observed in those with fibrostenotic strictures<\/a> compared to those with luminal disease.<\/p>\n

NordicPRO-C6\u2122 has received a letter of support from the FDA encouraging its use to select HFpEF patients<\/a> with high disease activity for enrollment in clinical trials.<\/p>\n
